This machine is designed for large-diameter and long-length round tubes. Due to the heavy weight of large-sized round tubes, we have designed a mechanism that uses a rotating sand belt to achieve grinding.
The large round tube is placed on a rotatable roller, and the rotation speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The sand belt mechanism is installed on a gantry-type moving frame, and the speed of the gantry's movement is also controlled by a frequency converter to control the grinding feed rate according to the diameter of the round tube.
